Construction & Build Process

Mid-construction work demonstrating EKSCOTT's standards for framing precision, mechanical integration, and accessibility built in from the studs out.

Rough-In & Framing

Interior framing showing rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC integration. The barrier-free walk-in shower with pre-installed grab bars (visible at left) reflects EKSCOTT's standard specification for ADA-compliant and aging-in-place builds.

Single-Family Build, Southeastern NC

New construction at the weather-barrier stage with permanent wheelchair-accessible ramp and brick foundation skirt installed. Designed for fixed-income, senior, and disabled households with full mobility access from the curb to the front door.

Before & Demolition
